"if you change your plan after the stabilization period, regular prices will apply"
You will be charged regular prices since the stabilization period ended a long time ago.

Hi,
If your plan has been inactive for less than 30 days, you will be able to make a manual payment to reactivate it and continue using the same rate plan. More info can be found here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
However if your plan has been inactive/suspended for longer, then you will not be able to make a manual payment to reactivate it. This plan is no longer available. The good news is that you will be able to reuse the same SIM card to register for a new plan.
As is the case for all new plans, you will pay the current rates. And it is up to you if you want to activate the new plan with your existing account or start with a new account (new email).
Note that this is a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $50 bonus credit to new customer accounts (until April 15 2021): https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2619562/referral-bonus-at-50-until-april-15-inclusively
If you need a referral code, there is a list here: https://forum.fizz.ca/en/discussion/2198337/this-is-the-place-for-your-referral-codes-here-and-only-here/p24. Feel free to choose mine or use the code of someone who has helped you. 😃

The beta pricing is linked to your actual subscription and not your account. So in you case, you will have to pay the regular prices.
