    When you sign up for your first plan, there will be a dedicated box where you can put the referral code. Make sure you do it before you activate your new plan. A referral code cannot be subsequently added. Welcome to Fizz @Bkoul :) Happy to have you !!

    When you signed up for your plan, there would have been a space for you to enter the referral code. Take a look here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-invite-friends-to-join-fizz and check out step 3 on where to put that code in.

    HI,

    You should entered the referal number when you sign in. If you didn't, it is too late.

    If you do, you will receive it at your second month billing.

    Hi,

    You need to check My settings-Referral bonuses in your account Fizz. You need to find the words "I Used The Referral Code Of: <Name>" If all ok you'll receive it at your second month's billing.

    Hi Stefan, I dis put code in the box. I got confirmation. I guess it will take a month or two before getting bonus.

    Correct:

    • When the invited person completes their 2nd monthly payment, they will receive their referral bonus.
    • From there, the referral bonus of the Fizz member who made the invitation will be applied on their next payment.

    Yes, your credit will be applied after two months. So on the 3rd payment. You need to stay with Fizz two months for the credit to be activated and after that it will be automatically deducted every month until the credit is gone. So everything is working correctly for you. Welcome to Fizz :)
