Why won't my data work?
As soon as I turn on the data on my phone and try to refresh a page it won't work. I've paid my bill so everything should be ok, not sure why it won't work

Can you please restart your phone and make sure you are connected to the Fizz network? Also, try turning airplane mode on then off.

@daniel G. 85408 also removing the SIM card and placing it back sometimes made miracles according to other clients.

When I have this kind of issues the first thing I do is change to airplane mode as Whizz suggested. Sometimes the cellphone gets stuck. If it doesn't work even after doing it, then I try rebooting, and at the end I go to customer service if needed :)
