wrong invoice print form for february 2021

When I try to print my invoice for february 2021 it shows amount of 0.00 $ which is wrong. Would you please fix the print form so it shows the amount I paid off

    Did you have any credit in your account? For example, I had a friend bonus used past month, so my bill was correctly $0.

    If this is not the case and you were billed on your credit card, then as others suggested, reach out to the customer service to make sure everything is fine ;)

    Hi @ivan P. #15960 , does it show a non-zero value before the print action?

    Like, is it showing 0 in the print preview only?


    Like @jeff3000 said, it would be best to contact Fizz for billing issues. This forum is rather for help amongst clients, although Fizz employees will catch it eventually but not immediately.

    To chat:
