Try a full factory reset first. It might be a pain but it can solve the issues. If it doesn't work, contact fizz support to make sure its nothing on their end.

I have found that the CODA Modem is sometimes a bit unreliable which is why I only use it in bridge mode and bought a separate router.

    Hello psymenouh

Sorry to hear you encounter issues with your internet service.
I have verified in my tools and there is no work carried out in your area affecting the services. I have verified your Fizz account and I see that your modem is online, and the signals are alright as well. In history there are some fluctuations of the signals, however, the connection should be working properly now.
If you have another coaxial cable than the one that you already use, it would be very useful to test with it.
Please check the steps from our FAQ as well: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it

If the situation persists, please contact us in private in order to help further: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Thank you for understanding, have a great day!

    Try a factory reset.

Also if you're using the modem as a bridge, reboot the router as well.

You have not specified your area. Maybe provide a neighborhood or an area code?
