How will payment issue be fixed and will service be suspended?

I had the same issue as a few have reported here. Will the service be suspended? Is this someting automatically generated by a system that does not recognize that payment was done? How long before the double payment is fixed (reimbursed)?

    Fizz have some trouble with the payment. Please don't contact them about it. They are working on it. If the problem is still there after couples of days, contact them!
