How will payment issue be fixed and will service be suspended?

I had the same issue as a few have reported here. Will the service be suspended? Is this someting automatically generated by a system that does not recognize that payment was done? How long before the double payment is fixed (reimbursed)?

Fizz have some trouble with the payment. Please don't contact them about it. They are working on it. If the problem is still there after couples of days, contact them!

Its done by the automatic payement system (i think). The problem append to many people so i really dont think Fizz will cut service to all people. But we are client like you so we dont know mutch.
