received payment error but charged twice..
also why isnt there a better way to communicate with fizz?
why do i have to post my error on a public forum and not speak to CS directly

Chat is the best way to reach Fizz. This forum is indeed mainly for mutual assistance between customers.
1- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
2- At the bottom right, look for the big green question mark
3- Click it, a bubble will appear
4- Type in your question
5- Just *AFTER* the number of customers preceding you will be displayed in order to manage your expectations. It's updated in real time.
The "?" is not visible?
- make sure no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- make sure javascript is enabled.

Fizz seem to have a problem with payement this morning. The support should be full of call. Im sorry but you should wait and retry the support but im sure the team is aware of the problem. Have a nice day

Sadly, Fizz doesn't have a proper Customer Service. This is what help reducing costs for the customers. Also, Fizz presents itself as a modern company, but they are really old-minded and not properly use Social medias. This kind of alarming situation should've been addressed on social medias, letting customers know they are aware of the problem and fixing it. But I didn't see anything anywhere... They are really slow for a "modern" company...
Maybe they learn and improve the communication for the next issue.1 -
Theres a lot of people having payment issues. Plz, don't ask for help at support, its a Known bug. Report it if there's still a problem in a couple day!
