Do you get a good signal ? What model is your phone and where are you in the coverage area ? Its hard to answer with low information on your situation. LTE is dependant on your phone, your location and other variable. Have a nice day5

Hi Estefano
With Fizz (and Videotron), their LTE band is AWS or Band IV (which is 1700/2100 MHz). It doesn't penetrate buildings as well as, for example, 700 MHz LTE, which other vendors use a lot. As a result, the signal strength will usually not be as good indoors. If it gets weak enough, you can change your network settings to use the 3G network or Fizz EXT (for short term use).
If you need to contact Fizz, you can Live chat with support:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-make-sure-my-mobile-service-working-properly
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6
