You can Live chat with support at any time:

2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a help link page from Fizz Solution Hub like: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-fizz-home-internet-plan-to-a-different-provider
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

I dont really understand your question ? You are new client or you quit ? If you are new when the installation is done you will have the confirmation. Otherwise can you precice your question ? Have a nice day
