I just joint to Fizz. I transferred my number from other company, I got the message if I want to transfer, I answered YES. So what’s next step , when I have to put a new sim cart and use ? Or I have to wait any other confirmation?

This means your number transfer is complete. Your old SIM card stopped working and your other company account is now closed.

But if I still have a bill from other company do I have to pay ? And are they gonna send me a new bill if I still used their data for this month?10

Yes, you do have to pay any remaining balance you owe them. That won’t affect your Fizz number If the transfer is completed.

After the answer Yes you can remove your old sim and put the sim fizz on your cellphone and welcome to fizz
For the cancelation or your old plan you have to contact your old provider if you still have balance to pays otherwiser everythink is supposed to be close automatiquely with the number transfert.2
