The website says i have data remaning, but why wont my phone won't let me use it?

Its seems stupid but do you try to close your mobile connection and reopen it? Or restard your cellphone ?2

Definitely sounds like it's coming from your phone, not Fizz. Wether you're on Android or iOS, you should be able to use the search function in Settings for "data limit". Make sure it's off, or that it's high enough that it doesn't block your data usage because you're already over the set limit. You might also want to try to disable "data saver". A phone restart also never hurts.
