Why the Internet is not there yet?

Videotron and Fizz are having DNS problem. See Whizz's post here:

For short term solution, you can change the DNS on your device or the Fizz modem.

For device, go to settings:
Obtain DNS: Manual (instead of automatic)
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 8.8.4.4
.
For Fizz modem, go to http://192.168.0.1/ (username: cusadmin and your wifi password)
Make this change for now and your internet will work.

if it's easier for you, you can change the DNS settings directly on your computer(s).

I suggest you change them to Google DNS:
Preferred: 8.8.8.8
Alternate: 8.8.4.4

After doing that, your internet should be working fine.
