Try to reboot the modem, my internet is back, probably they fix it
If it does not work, you need to change the DNS, this is the guide for the modem
Change your DNS manually
8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:
1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
Basic -> DNS
Check the Fizzy screenshot

There's some internet problem with FIZZ and Videotron.
Try to change DNS on your modem.

Yes, Videotron have issues with their DNS. It was really bad and frustrating You can configure the DNS in your device to improve things.5
