Did anyone buy a phone so far from fizz (the cart seems unusable) ?

Personnaly I did not. However, other members reported that they bought the phone. And yes some of them reported some problems
Remember the program is in beta.
Can you try to use the browser in private mode? Also clear the cache and cookies
Please contact the support, you will help Fizz with this new feature reporting these bugs
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-buy-phone-fizz
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page3 -

I tried with different browsers (Chrome/Edge) on different computers. I also disabled the Ad-Blocker without luck. The same result regardless of the browser or the computer I used. Please see the scrolls on the second screenshot:2
