How to pay my invoices?

Hi
The plan is pay automatically, Fizz is a prepaid service
How many days lasts a payment cycle?
Payment cycles are monthly, but their duration varies based on the number of days in each month. What’s important to remember is the anniversary date of your plan.
For example, if you activated your SIM card or received your Wi-Fi modem on April 5, the anniversary date for your plan is the 5th, and your next payment cycle will start on May 5, and then June 5, and so on. If your plan is activated on the 31st of a month, it is important to note that your payment cycles will start on the last day of each month, whether it’s the 30, 31 (or even 28 in the case of the month of February).

The invoices will display your account number (but without your name & address): My Plans → Transaction history
If you need to associate the account number with your name and address, you can print the service agreement contract:
My Plans → Manage my plan → Service agreement

When you activated your plan you had to type in your credit card details. This is saved for future automatic payments. Everything is billed completely automatically every month4

Hi Ruthana
As mentioned, payments are taken automatically on the same date every month from the card that you have already registered.
If there is an issue with the automatic payment and your service gets suspended, then in this case, you will need to make a manual payment:
On your account, go to My Plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method.
You are able to see that the payment was successful by going to My Plans >> Transaction History.
For more information on how to check your transactions, you can take a look here: https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history

Like most cell or internet services the payment is automatic once your credit card is linked, which it has to be to open an account in the first place.2

Ruthana,
Fizz is a pre-paid service.

.When you subscribe to a Fizz plan, the payment is automatically done on your credit card.
After, the next monthly payments are done the day before the renewal of your monthly billing cycle.
If you need other help, you must contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
