i just updated my cart with 5 cell phones in it by mistake, did i buy 5 cellphones by accident ?

I wanted to have a new cellphone and i clicked on a cellphone in particular but it didnt work really well i did it 5 times. after i clicked on ''updated cart'' because i thought it would erase it. did i buy 5 cellphones by accident ? this is not really clear how it works and we can not call anyone from the compagnie, i am a little pissed.

Check your credit card and contact the support, if you pay for it if it is in the cart you did not finalized yet your purchase. But check the transaction history and to be sure contact the support.

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page16 -

No worries. Usually when items are in our cart, it means they are ready to be purchased. If you have not clicked on "Submit" or "Confirm", you are still in the clear.
As mentioned, you can check your credit card for charges and you can contact Fizz support for any issues: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Fizz is 100% online. Customer support is very helpful with Live Chat.16 -
I am sure this can be resolved, you will just have to speak with a Fizz customer service agent. You can do so during their business hours via this site or via facebook messenger. Good luck11

Please, check your credit card statement in the next days.
You can also verify to your Fizz account.
Log to your Fizz account, click on: My account - Transaction history
If something has been charged by mistake;
contact the Fizz customer service by chat:
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page and click on the green chat bubble.7 -
If it has been charged, please reach out to a customer service agent. I am sure they will be able to cancel it manually without any problems.4

If you see the 5 orders in your cart, it means they are ready to be purchased and not yet validated. If you have not clicked on "Submit" or "Confirm", you are ok. Remove them from the cart .2 -

I just check on your order history from my end and you can rest assured that no phone order was placed as of yet so you weren't charged at all.
