How do I solve calls being blocked?

After I try to make a call it just hangs up and it tells me that my plan doesn't allow any calls... But I have unlimited calls in my plan.

Can you try to reboot the phone?
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page18 -

Please try restarting your phone.
Are you connected to Fizz network?
Can you try manually entering the 10 digit number in the key pad?
Are you able to receive calls? Are texts working?
If not, please logon your Fizz account to make sure your payments are up-to-date.

I've tried restarting the phone and it didn't solve the issue. I'll try contacting the fizz support18

Check your phone available space. That the only thing I can think of. Then then reboot or check for iOS update.16

Did you play with barring all outgoing call from phone menu?
It happen to me couple of years ago when my little one had so much fun with the cell....
Is just an idea.
