    Hey guys so apparently there's a bug that they're working on that prevents me from adding any contacts so I'll have to wait for that to be fixed before I can gift anything

    Manny, it depends on what you are gifting.

    For Data Perks, these can be gifted only to people who are on your contact list.

    For mobile data, this can be gifted by using the other member's referral code, phone number or email.

    Fizzy, like I said it's not the gifting itself that isn't working, it's the ability to add a contact. They still haven't fixed it..
