How do I change the deactivation date if I'm changing my address?
I will be moving on Jan. 30th and have scheduled a change of address on Jan. 29th, however it says my account at my current address says it will be deactivated on the 28th. This will cause me to have no internet on the 29th. Is it possible to deactivate the account as soon as the new one is installed?

You can cancel your moving and reschedule a new one

1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- To cancel an appointment, click on Cancel.
6- On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.
