Moving to condo with bare internet wire (no coaxial plug) during covid

I have made an appointment to move my internet to a new condo, but the coaxial cable there doesn't have the plug end attached to it yet. Will the technician be able to come in and attach the coaxial cable to the modem during covid?

    Hi Colin,
Yes, usually a technician will come to your apartment and check the wiring, along with making any adjustments necessary at the time of visit before leaving.
Please wear a mask and attempt to practice social distancing the best you can.
Also you want to ensure that the building's electrical room is accessible at the time of visit, or else the technician may have to reschedule.
Finally, please move any furniture out of the way and put pets in another room to avoid wasting time.

Yes, they usually do it! Just make sure you mention it to support for good measure.
