Cannot get some local numbers?
FIZZ message comes: "Action required: Your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an Add-On https://fizz.ca/s/15/en/4217155/

Did you try to call them adding 1 or +1?
Did you try to reboot the phone?
Do you have unlimited calls?
Are you under the coverage Fizz or Fizz Ext?
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page6 -
Which plan do you have? Do you have minutes? Have a look in your fizz account.

Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

Sorry if you are experiencing some problems.
If you dont have the option in your Fizz monthly plan : Unlimited calls, you need to buy add-ons to be able to get or doing calls.
Please, ask for help and contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Then click on:

Click on the green interrogation point down to the right of the page and click on the green chat bubble.4 -
