I transferred my number to another telephone company on December 01,2020, but still got charged on Dec. 11, 2020. I cannot log into my account since my account was closed since I last contacted fizz. I wonder when I can get my overcharge back.

In order to have news about your refund, you need to contact the support
In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page12 -

Hello Lin,
I have verified your account and I see that your mobile line was deactivated. You unsubscribed in December, and the line was fully canceled this month. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current payment cycle. You can verify that on our page as well: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe
