Hi Community, so I have 120$ in referral bonus and I expected that Fizz would use it to pay my balance but its been 3 months now ans they keep taking money on my credit cars. How Do I actually pay with my 120$ of referral bonus ?? Thanks.

That doesn't sound right. Once the credit is unlocked, it will apply automatically to the next bill of your main plan. Please note that if you have more than one plan in your account, only the main plan will receive the referral credit.
First you need to confirm if the credit has been released.
If you qualify for the referral credit, you should see it on your account.

Fizz wrote in their FAQ help page:
"For your information, some referral bonuses are not showing in the account of certain members. Fizz is aware and wants to reassure you: no bonuses will be lost! It’s a display issue our teams are currently working on, and everything should be back to normal shortly."
If you are having issue with the credit, you can contact customer support by chat:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-kind-of-rewards-do-i-earn-for-inviting-friends
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.18 -
As we can see, they have been unlocked for more than 2 months now16

Every month I changed the amount of data I needed. First I took 8 gig, then 2 gig, and this month I took 0 gig. Is it be the reason why ? Will I only get my referral money if I pay again for 8 gig ?14

You can have any plan. You do not need to have the 8 GB plan to receive the credit.
On what date was your last payment taken? Your next payment should be exactly one month after that. If I understand correctly your referral list, all your bonuses were unlocked around the same time (Dec 9 and Dec 10 2020). So the credit should apply starting with your January bill.

You should get your your credit in the next billing cycle. If not, try to contact the Fizz support. Hope this helps.12

It appears to me that the referral credit was credited in December, which means it should be used in the next billing cycle starting January9

Contact Fizz support. Their system sometimes loose track and support can fix that.10

Thank you so much for your message. I checked your account and rest assured, I see the referral bonus was applied on your latest mobile transaction from 2021/01/09 and the charge was $0. You can also check this by going to My Plans - Transaction History - Choose your phone number.
