    You posted on the mobile session.

    Here we are users, did you try the SIM to a different phone?

    Did you check if your last payment was successfully or the statut of your account?

    To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:

    My Plans→ choose the plan you wish to see transactions → Transaction history.


    Can you try to reboot the phone?

    Check also the network operator configuration, which must be in automatic

    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

    You can always contact Fizz's support by chat

    1- Log in to your account (see top right).
    2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

    4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

    Which service are you referring to?

    First thing to do is try restarting your device (phone or modem).

    Also please check your Fizz account to ensure your plan payments are up-to-date.

    You are also able to see that the payment was successful by going to My Plans >> Transaction History.

    I did reset my phone, took my sim out put it back in, checked if the transaction passed and I still dont have service

    What phone model are you using? Did this phone previously work with your Fizz SIM?

    Do any of the services work? Calls? texts? Mobile data?

    Make sure your phone is unlocked and compatible with Fizz network:
