Which part of activation should I put the referral code?

Helping a buddy create his Fizz account - he got his sim from Couche-Tard and we're now trying to activate his SIM but can't seem to find where to put it. He already has a profile and trying to create a plan - but still can't see where to put the referral code.

    The referral code must be entered in the field provided at the bottom of the order summary where the total with the taxes are shown

    When you enter the code click also on the green button on the right with the arrow symbol

    Once you have built your plan, but before you activate it, on the summary page there is a box where you can put the referral code! Welcome to Fizz, great to have you :)
