Can I modify my plan when I’ll get rewards ?

Hey ! I’ve read a little about reward and my question is : if we get an upgrade like free voicemail, can I modify my actual plan to remove it (because I have it in reward) ?

The upgrade rewards are independent of your plan. So yes you can change your plan and you will continue to receive your rewards at each renewal.
Note that free voicemail upgrade never worked and it is no longer offered as a reward. So the reward should have been removed from your account. If you still have it, please do NOT use it. You can use any of the other rewards (mobile data or $ discount as you want).
If you want voicemail in your plan, you must continue to pay the $2 fee to have this option included with your plan.
