Travel add on in the US not working for data?

I have an iPhone X and I subscribed to the travel add on for data, however it is not working. What can I do to fix it?

You need to activate the data roaming1 -

Try restarting your phone.
Also please verify on your Fizz account that the correct TRAVEL ADD-ON has been purchased and activated.
If you have access to Wifi, make sure your iPhone is up-to-date (iOS and carrier settings).
Also can you verify if the network operator is in automatic?
If this does not help, try to select a different network operator.
In the problem persists, you can contact Fizz support by chat at any time:
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-my-mobile-data-isn-t-working-why
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page1 -
