What happens to my referral bonus if I decide to cancel my account?

So lets say I have received the 50$ referral and I decide to cancel my account
My question is, if I decide to reactivate my account in the future (in a few months time) will I have still have the referral bonus? If yes will the payment be deducted from the referral bonus?

Fizz has stated that if you cancel your plan, you lose any rewards including referral credit in your account. "If you deactivate your plan, you will lose the referral bonuses that are pending and associated with this plan, including your balance. If you reactivate your plan within the 30 days following your deactivation, however, you’ll get everything back."
