Even if you change your plan, your upgrade bonuses will continue to apply at each renewal time.

Note that when you make a plan change, you will be paying the current list prices. In some cases, if you have the older grandfathered plan price, it's better to keep it, because once you change to another plan, you won't be able to go back to your old plan.
