One of my cards is still in Activation Pending status but I can use it for full?

I have two sim cards. Both of them work in my phones. But in my account one shows fine but another still in Activation pending status.
It's already 10h+.
Can someone help me?

I tested sim card, everything works: mms, sms, calls, internet.1 -

If the situation continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
