Why doesn't the Fizz WiFi network support Airprint for Apple mobile devices?
Fizz WiFi works well with all my family's Apple devices (an iMac, a MacBook Pro, 2 iPads and 2 iPhones). However, we also have 3 wireless printers ( a Samsung Xpress M2875FW, a Canon Pixma MG6220, and a Brother HL-L2390DW) which all support Airprint for Apple devices. Airprint worked perfectly on my old WiFi router but absolutely does not work at all with the Fizz WiFi network. The error message is "No Airprint printers found".
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi
you must try to disable the band steering, and after that connect the printer and the device which need to print on the same network (2.4 or 5Ghz)
This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:
1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
3. Go to the next section to apply changes:
Wireless → General Settings → 5GHz → Band Steering (Disable)
Or you can always connect your old router to the modem
