Bell internet cable works for Fizz?

First it will depend if Fizz will provide internet to you through bell's service line.
Maybe Fizz will only offer DSL connection in your area or nothing at all.
Have you checked if internet through cable if available?

Here are the self installation instructions from Fizz: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem. Mostly, you unwrap the modem, plug in 2 or 3 cables, turn on the modem and wait for it to complete the update, then you should be all set.

Bell network is not working with the same technology ( with DSL, and Fibe) than the Videotron câble ( with the coaxial câble).
Fizz internet will be available only if there's câble service with Videotron in your building.
Please, verify if the câble of Videotron is installed.
