Hello, I asked previously about changing from 2.4 GHz to 5.0 GHz to avoid microwave interference, and someone answered my question as follows:
Go on Wireless → General settings → 5.0GHz
Disable Band steering
ATF → 2.4G and disable the ATF option
ATF → 5G and disable the ATF option
Click on save the modification
However, I did all this, and my microwave is still interfering (nothing changed). Do I have to disable "Wireless Enabled" for the 2.4 G in "Basic Settings"? Thank you!

Hi Ryan
I can confirm that by doing the last step you mentioned in your post, you will disable the 2.4 GHz leaving only the 5 GHz on.
The first step you had done only disabled the band steering and both bands were still broadcasting.8 -
So what should I do?8

Like you said, disable "Wireless Enabled" for the 2.4 G in "Basic Settings"8

I tried that and now my internet hasn’t been working for like 5 minutes8

Ryan, try restarting the Fizz modem. Unplug it from the electrical outlet for 1 minute.
If the problem continues, you can factory reset your modem at any time.
Using a thin, pointed object, hold the restart button on the Wi-Fi modem for 10+ seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions: go to "Basic Settings" and disable "Wireless Enabled" for the 2.4 G8
