Other than price, How would you improve fizz?

I know we would all love unlimited everything for $5 but other than price, what do you think would improve the Fizz expereince.
Personally a simple change like having the chat bubble appear on all help pages, especially on the contact us page would improve the experience for a lot of people. Having a problem and not being able to figure out how to contact the company is very annoying.
Secondly they should be less picky and accept more credit cards. Seems a lot of people have issues with perfectly good credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) that they used with their previous provider. Seems that is a very annoying issue that can be easily fixed.
So what would you improve? Other than price.

First, a mobile app could do some good.
More importantly, I think the web user interface isn't the most intuitive. Even after more than a year with Fizz, I tend to get lost in menus to access certain options.16 -

I agree with you on the credit card issue when a perfectly good credit card is not accepted because of the way the address was entered. This problem never occurs on other sites like Amazon for example. It would be a nice thing to improve.

Chistopher, from what I read on the forum, looks like updating / changing credit card is not that easy. In fact, you need to add new card, assign as default for every service and after you can delete the older one. Lot of recurrent question on the forum.11

Christopher I totally agree with you for the credit cards more easy. For the bubble chat more easy but not too easy or Fizz will be overwhelmed;)
The help for problem could be more easy to find. It’s tricky to find the real help manuals.11 -
I've never really had an issue with previous suppliers and this one for that matter but if I judge based on the comments of this forum I would say people would want someone to talk to to have a feeling their case is dealt with faster. A byo modem option with monthly rebate would be another item.11

As I just found out, contributions made to the french forums don't show up unless your page language is set to french (and vice-versa for english). Merging all the contributions together would be a nice quality of life improvement.10

@Fizzy I was looking at my profile in French and wondering why my questions about voicemail earlier this year weren't showing up. I changed the language from French to English, viewed my profile again and saw them there. Don't know what's causing it.6

@Samuel Yes that's how it works. The 2 forums are unique or separate from the other one.
For some reason, I thought you were saying you don't see all your points transferring to your account. The points earned from both forums are transferred over to your Fizz account. So when you lookup your community user stats, you do see the points and rewards accumulated from both forums.4 -
Having a mobile app would make sense especially for a company that promotes a doing it yourself service1

The data, at least around Ottawa city, is so slow even for basic things like using google search...1
