Suit #106 instead of 101?

Hi I signed up this morning for internet and could not change my condo # the address is correct but my suit# should be 106 could you please change it on your end? Thank you. Ted

    Looking into your account I could see that there is no order registered.
    Also, I send you a private reply for more information.

    If the address that you are trying to create your order at it is not register into our systems you will have to contact our support department with the correct one to have it investigated.

    First log into your Fizz account.
    Make your way to the Solution Hub.
    On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.

    From what I see, it seems Fizz doesn't not even have your order.
