Why I can't call from my cell?

Is this a new service ?
Do you have minutes in your plan or did you buy and add-on and it would be expired ?
If you need to contact Fizz support
First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.9 -

Have you tried restarting your phone?
What phone model are you using?

If the problem continues, you can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- open one of the help links mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

Is your old number being transferred form your previous provider ? This procedure could take up to 2 hours to complete.9 -

Sevy55, Once your Fizz mobile plan has been activated, you should be able to make outgoing calls and send outgoing texts right away.
If you ported your number over from another provider, yes it can take a few hours to complete.
While the port is in progress, calls and texts to your number will continue to go to your old provider SIM card. Meanwhile, you must keep your old provider active and make sure there is no port block activated with your old provider.
Once the port is complete, your old provider account will close and all calls/texts to your number will go to your Fizz SIM card.5 -

Please turn ON Airplane mode and then turn it back OFF, turn on Data roaming and then turn it back OFF, make sure you're connected to Fizz, turn OFF the Wi-Fi, make sure that your OS is up to date and if neither of these steps helps you out, please pop out the SIM card from your phone then pop it back in, restart the phone and then reset the mobile network settings:
Android: Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings
iPhone: Settings → General → Reset → Reset network settings
