At the moment Fizz opened this feature only to some beta tester, however, try to ask to the support, I am pretty sure that they can include an extra beta tester.

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -
You have to wait until the phone buying program is out of beta testing.6

If you want to join the beta-testers, go to Featured, below Discussions, and you can give your name by answering the 2nd or 3rd question.10 -
