Short SMS issue?

I can’t receive short codes from any thing on my number. and i tried calling the number to activate the smsc thing and it showed unknown error

other users reported problèem with short SMS (company SMS) I will suggest to contact the support in order to have this issued resolved

In the meantime, can you try to reboot your phone?

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
