other users reported problèem with short SMS (company SMS) I will suggest to contact the support in order to have this issued resolved
In the meantime, can you try to reboot your phone?
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.3 -

To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
