My signal is horrible, I've been struggling for months since I made the bad decision to go with fizz. I have no service and there is no chat bubble anywhere. This internet service is a joke!

Hi Gabriel
Sorry you are having internet issues.
Please try restarting your modem. Have you tested your connection with a device connected directly to the modem by ethernet?
If the problem happens only with wifi, you can check here for more info:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-it
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-use-my-own-wi-fi-router-fizz
If you also have the problem using a wired connection, please check here:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-modem-connected-cable-my-connection-keeps-cutting-out-how-do-i-fix
Check the led status lights on the modem. If one of the 2 arrows is off or flashing this means that you have a problem with the signal, the coaxial cable can be a problem in your sector. For this kind of problem, you must contact Fizz support.
Please unplug the coaxial cable from the coaxial outlet and the modem respectively, then plug it back in the outlet first and then in the modem, then try restarting the modem.
You can also try a factory reset of the modem by using a sharp object to press and hold on the small button found behind the modem for 10+ seconds, then let the modem reboot itself and test the connection. Be aware that you may need to redo the modem configuration.

Hi Gabriel,
I am sorry you are having trouble with your signal.
The online service works, once you figure out where to fin the bubble, I had the same problem. You have to go one step further to find the bubble.
First, you lo log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, you can select any issue (important) and then, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.14 -
