Top Fizzers, What motivates you to keep answering questions?

For those at the top of the leaderboard. What is motivating you to keep answering people's questions. I'm assuming after level 5/6 the effort is outweighing the rewards since there is only 3 upgrade slots. So what keeps you going?

Hi Christopher,
is more than a year that I do not have a bonus or rewards
I like to help, and also the competition. if you noticed I do not answer to a question which other already replied with what I believe it is the right answer. I believe that I am the only one doing that.
Edited:I also had a month off in October, I was overwhelmed at work.18 -
Hi Christopher
I answer because I like to help others and it helps to pass the time.
And if someone uses my referral code, because I helped them, then that's great too.
FYI I too noticed you have changed again the best answer to your last question17 -
Mike, please let me know when is your next vacation.
I will be sure to help out more or perhaps also give a chance to others to respond to questions.16 -
@Fizzy if you want to give the opportunity to the others we need to plan the vacation at the same time (It was a vacation from Fizz but not at work, at all )
I already skip some questions (because I do not know the answer or because I missed) and I do not reply if someone already answer it with a good one16 -
Fizzy I was just seeing what would happen if I change the best answer. Still not sure if you get -50 points lol.
I wish even after choosing best answer people could still reply. sometimes there could be an even better answer.14 -
@christopher, Yes Fizz fixed the problem with the best answer
Edited:
@Fizzy if you want to take a vacation, we can take a vacation at the same time from tomorrow till sunday In this way the other can have some opportunity17 -
@Mike and @Fizzy LOL you guys are so funny :-)
@christopher after level 5/6 the rewards are a bit better. For example, if I remember right 3$ discount for internet is awarded at level 9 so you can have 7$ discount ;-) Also like Fizzy said - you can promote your referral code by helping people who want to subscribe.17 -
@Mike, LOL I am good for vacation. And there's really nowhere I am allowed to go.
@Yelena, you are correct about the rewards.
p.s. As for my participation, I was encouraged to call out any bad behaviour on the forums. So I will continue to do what I think is right. As always, remember to enjoy your time here!16 -
The level of dedication of our league's top scorers is incredible. What is currently great about most of the board leaders is that they are mostly offering quality answers. There are a lot of people under them who only give out crappy replies trying to get some points. Mike is pretty much always first to answer and gives out the best answer.
As he said, the community hub would be much more enjoyable if people retained from copying previous answers and just answered when they genuinely want to help the person asking, not just getting a few points.16 -
I'm trying to get to level 5. Not sure what I'll be doing after that.17

There's nothing necessarily wrong with repeating answers unless your just repeating them to log in points without knowing it is indeed the correct answer. Users will ask a question and if people answering repeat the same answer than the person asking knows he/she is getting the right advice.16

I agree with Carlo,
It's nice to see when you have a question, that many people agree on a same answer. Nothing wrong with that I think.18 -
Helping others seems to be the main motivation17
