how do we remove a question so we don't have to follow 5 answers a minute!!!!!!

you cannot remove it, but you can click on "Stop following this question"

If you stop following the question, you will no longer receive those emails.7 -

Yeah, it can be annoying, first thing I do is to uncheck follow this question before answer5
