reconeccting my SIM in a new phone?

i loist my phone and just received my new sim . . . i put in in my new phboine and am trying to activate but apple says they are sending a verification code. Unfortunetly my phone is n ot active . . . so what do i do??

Hi Alex,
did you follow the procedure to replace the SIM?
Log into your account to change your SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).
You need to replace the SIM before insert it into the phone
After that in order to reuse your apple id, if you do not have any other apple device

First you have to reactivate your plan with the new SIM card. Then you will be able to receive the verification code from Apple.
Reactivate your Fizz plan on your new SIM card. When you have your new phone and SIM card, it’s time to reactivate your suspended plan on your new SIM card. This process will cancel your old SIM card. Log into your account to change your SIM card (My plans > Manage > Change SIM card).

If you are having problem to reactivate, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/lost-stolen-mobile
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -
Alex, I'll reiterate what the community is saying, following the link above that explains what to do when you have lost your phone and you need to do a SIM card change/swap.8

I'd also add to Fizzy's reply, if your replacement device was previously used, reset it to factory settings.3
