No internet cable yet ?

Hi ! Currently, there are no cables or holes for them in my appartment. Is that a problem for installation ? Will the tech drill the holes ??

    Hi Camille

You should also confirm with your landlord which internet you can use in your building. If it's cable internet using coaxial cables, then you're good to go.

To find out if you are eligible for Fizz home internet, you can go here to simulate a registration
    https://fizz.ca/en/internet

Select your plan and enter your address. If you are eligible, you can enter your payment information and select an installation date.

On the installation date, the technician will bring the Fizz modem and hook up the cabling into your apartment. You can consult the overall Fizz guide here: https://fizz.ca/en/internet/how-it-works

You can also write back here if you have any questions. Fizz customer service is also available:

BTW this is a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $40 bonus credit to new customers.

If you need one, there is a list of referral codes here

Feel free to choose mine. =)
To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.

    camille,
Normally, the technician when it's necessary is installing coaxial câble if you need it for your internet installation.
Please, when you order Fizz residential internet and fix the date of your installation with a technician, contact the Fizz customer service by chat that you need a complete installation.
