So basicaly i move but not my roomates
We were wondering if we could just
Change the owner of the account for the payment since i wont use it and they still need it for their online classes
And they really dont want to have a day or two without internet sine they needed it for schools everyday

Personally I would contact Fizz support, since you are responsible for the modem
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-return-my-wi-fi-modem
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
JM, the question has been asked but it's not possible since the modem is in your name and you must return it. Your disconnection date is flexible so you can plan it around the date your roommates get their service connected.7

Fizzy has the answer, contact Fizz and ask if you can transfer service to another. This would be better than cancelling your service and having to return the modem....more work for you.6

Unfortunately it is impossible. You have to close your account and return the modem to Fizz, otherwise you will be charged 150$+tx.
You should close your account first, then your roommates should create theirs because you cannot have two accounts with the same address.5 -

You are responsable for this internet plan.
You need to unscribe to this plan and do the return of your modem.
If you do not it, the cost of the modem will be you charged (150$ + tx).2
