Fizz charged 20 $ to my card under the item broadband reactivation.

I haven't heard of this charge. Broadband reactivation seems to indicate that your home internet was suspended and needed to be reactivated. Is this the case?
What is the date of this charge on your statement? Was it charged by Fizz?
Please logon your Fizz account to see your active internet plan. You can check the transaction history of your plan to see all the charges.
For payment issues, please contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
