When I try checking out for my plan it says payment method declined, what should i do.

I have had the same issue and kept on trying everyday until I gave up. After about a month or so I decided to give it another try and it worked fine.

Samuel, if your card is active and should work try chatting with customer support by logging onto your profile and using the green chat bubble or through Facebook Messenger.11

I am having same error. Opened a ticket with Fizz, told me they fixed it, but same issue. Had to chat with them again to open second ticket!9
