Have you tried restarting the modem?
Have you checked your account to make sure your home internet plan is active?
Are you connected to the modem by wifi or ethernet cable? Does the problem affect both?

Hello, first did you see lights flashing on the modem, if not, try another place to plug your modem. If yes, try to reset your modem and if possible try to connect your computer with a cable. Otherwise contact support. Sorry for that9

It happened to me once that the modem stopped working out of the blue. I unplugged it for a couple of minutes (2-3 minutes) and plugged it back in. It rebooted and has been working fine since.

Did it work before? It happened to me once. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord solved the problem.3
