in Internet
I am planning to move to a new Condo, and it mentions that there is Service in new unit.
As I am aware the current owner has cable as a source of Internet.
Is it simple plug and play or a technician has to do work (I want to avoid paying for extra fee).
Will the tech wait to see if the plug and play work when they deliver the router/modem?

Hi Gerard
If the current owner is using cable internet without any issue, Fizz should work perfectly as well.
With Fizz, there is no installation fee. If you can plug in the modem yourself, you do not have to choose the optional $30 VIP installation.
The technician will bring the modem to you on the day on the installation and will also test your line to make sure it is working.
Also this is a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $40 bonus credit to new customers.

If you need one, there is a list of referral codes here

You can choose mine. To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.6 -

Gerard the technician will stay and see if everything is ok with your installation. It’s very simple to set your modem. You can do it by yourself or pay 30$ more and he will do it for you.
