you cannot Fizz is 100% online
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner of fizz.ca web page
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
You can also use Facebook, but very slow, if you ask for the phone number you want something interactive therefore the chat is the way to go.10 -

You have to contact them by chat. There is no phone number to call Fizz.
The chat is available from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

You can’t contact them by phone you can just join them by chat and text them

Our customer service is 100% digital which means that we communicate with our customers only via contact forms, Facebook Messenger and Live chat.
You can contact us on Live chat by using any of our FAQs in the Solutions Hub, such as this one:

You just need to access an FAQ, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the chat bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.
